Postnatal Care

Once you become a mother, your life changes forever. So while postnatal care is often associated with the period of time immediately after birth, we at Core Radiance PT, are here to provide core and pelvic floor care anytime after becoming a mom,  whether that is immediately after delivery, a few years later, or even decades. We are specifically trained to deal with the stuff that may be bothering you like:

  • Diastasis rectus abdominis

  • Prolapse

  • Urinary incontinence

  • Urinary urgency

  • Gas or fecal incontinence

  • Constipation

  • Painful sex

  • Painful scar tissue (perineal scar or C-Section scar)

  • Pelvic pain, SI joint pain, hip pain, low back pain
