Pregnancy is an incredible journey, but it comes with its share of challenges, particularly in the realm of pelvic and core health. Many expecting moms struggle with back pain, pelvic discomfort, and weakened core and pelvic floor muscles, all of which can impact your overall well-being during pregnancy and even postpartum. On top of that, the emotional toll of being in a state of constant discomfort can add unnecessary stress during the pregnancy. 

At Core Radiance PT, we understand how overwhelming this can be, and we want to help you feel better. With a specialized focus in pelvic health physiotherapy, we'll work together on personalized plan for your core, pelvic floor, posture, and pain. We’ll also work on body awareness, learn techniques to prepare for labor. You’ll receive emotional support every step of the way with our tailored and compassionate approach as our goal is to help you feel empowered, confident, and ready for labour and the journey into motherhood thereafter.
